RAFAEL VOSS VIP MEMBERSHIP — PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to the Rafael Voss VIP Membership offered by Elevate Ridge LLC.
1. Recurring Membership
The Rafael Voss VIP Membership is billed at $29.99 USD every 30 days.
Your first membership payment is charged when you purchase the membership.
Unless canceled, the membership automatically renews every 30 days and the payment method associated with your membership will be charged $29.99 USD.
2. Electronic Notification
You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to each recurring membership transaction and a receipt following each successful transaction.
You are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address associated with your membership.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your Rafael Voss VIP Membership at any time.
You may request cancellation by:
- Managing your membership through your Rafael Voss customer account where available
- Submitting a request through the Rafael Voss Cancel Membership page
- Emailing contact@rafaelvoss.com with the subject line “Cancel Membership — [Your Order Email]”
No phone call is required to cancel.
4. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Once your cancellation request has been processed, no additional recurring membership charges will be applied.
Your membership privileges may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
After the membership ends, access to member-only pricing, private collections, exclusive offers, early access, and other membership benefits may no longer be available.
5. Avoiding the Next Renewal
To help avoid your next scheduled membership charge, please submit your cancellation request before your next billing date.
Cancellation requests are processed as promptly as possible.
6. Membership Refund Requests
Rafael Voss VIP Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the applicable billing date.

- Full name
- Membership email
- Order number, if available
- Date of the membership charge
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.
7. Changes to Membership Terms
Membership pricing, benefits, or terms may be updated from time to time.
If a material change is made to the recurring membership price or key terms, active members will be notified before the change takes effect when required by applicable law.
Members may cancel if they do not agree to the updated membership terms.
